TOP-5 New Year's cocktails based on apple juice TM "ZaXaR"


In a few days we will have the New Year 2021. And as always, on the eve of the holiday, the hostess makes a New Year's menu and thinks about what interesting dishes and drinks can surprise everyone at the holiday table. We decided to prepare TOP-5 original cocktails based on apple juice TM "ZaXaR", which will not only delight guests, but also warm you up on a fabulous New Year's Eve.




1. Apple punch with cranberries


  • Apple juice TM "ZaXaR" - 1 liter;
  • Orange juice - 500 ml;
  • Cranberry juice - 300 ml;
  • Cranberries - 100 g;
  • Juice of 1 lime;
  • Slices of lime and orange.

Method of cooking:

Mix juices - apple, cranberry, orange and lime. Heat, but do not bring to a boil. At the bottom of the glass add a few berries and a few slices of orange and lime. Pour warm juice.

2. Non-alcoholic apple cider


  • Apple juice TM "ZaXaR" - 2 liters;
  • Orange - 1 piece;
  • Lemon - 1 piece;
  • Pear - 1 piece;
  • Ginger and cloves - to taste;
  • Cinnamon stick for decoration.

Method of cooking:

Bring the juice to a boil over medium heat. Cut the fruit into slices and add to the boiling juice. Rub ginger and add to cider. We also add spices. Cook for 5-10 minutes. After that, turn off the stove and leave to infuse for an hour.


3. Non-alcoholic beating


  • Apple juice of TM "ZaXaR" - 0,5 l;
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon;
  • Black tea (dry) - 1 tablespoon;
  • A piece of ginger;
  • Spices and seasonings - to taste.

Method of cooking:

Pour apple juice into a saucepan. Rub ginger and add with tea. If desired, add spices and seasonings. Heat the mixture without bringing to a boil. Add a spoonful of honey. Serve hot, but will taste cold.


4. Apple drink with calvados
Calvados apple cocktail is an original Norman hot drink made from apple juice, ginger and French apple brandy. This fragrant drink not only warms. It is also very useful: it increases immunity and invigorates.


  • Apple juice TM "ZaXaR" - 60 ml;
  • Fresh ginger - 20 g;
  • Calvados - 60 ml;
  • 1-2 cinnamon sticks;
  • 1-2 fresh apples.

Method of cooking:

Heat apple juice over low heat, add grated or finely chopped ginger root and cinnamon. Heat the juice to about 75-80 °C, but do not boil. Turn off the heat, add calvados and infuse under the lid for 5-10 minutes. Strain and serve in irish with slices of fresh apple.

5. Apple juice with mead
This warming apple juice is an interesting alternative to mulled wine. Ukrainian mead, especially buckwheat, goes very well with apple juice. Buckwheat honey makes the drink even more interesting and with a more expressive taste. If desired, mead can be replaced with zubrivka, it also goes very well with apple juice. Poles, who consider zubrivka their national drink, drink it this way.


  • Apple juice TM "ZaXaR" - 300 ml;
  • Water - 150 ml;
  • Buckwheat mead or 40% drinking honey - 100 ml;
  • Buckwheat honey - 1 tsp;
  • 1 medium apple;
  • 1 cinnamon stick;
  • 4 pieces of cloves;
  • 3 peas of allspice.

Method of cooking:

Put apple juice, water, apple cubes and spices in a small saucepan and bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add honey and mead, bring to a boil again and remove from heat. Remove hot apple juice from the heat and pour into serving glasses or cups, adding to each part of boiled apples with spices.
