«We have been making sterilized birch sap for 6 years. Later, they also decided to start the production of a blended drink with the infusion of Carpathian dog rose «Birch juice «Vigor», the taste of which is probably familiar to everyone since childhood. These are delicious drinks, they are a good alternative to popular fruit juices, which are mostly restored. Instead, our ТМ «ZaXaR» birch sap is natural, tasty and useful», - says Natalia Zakharchuk, the company's manager.

Thus, the technologists of «Berestechkivsky Fruit Canning Plant» have developed two new recipes for making birch sap with the addition of fruit.

«This spring we decided to experiment and released 2 new types of birch sap ТМ «ZaXaR» - with lemon and orange. Citrus always adds an unsurpassed aroma and a touch of freshness to any drink. Slightly sweet, fresh birch sap with a slice of lemon - perfectly quenches thirst and tones. And they are also dietary», - says the director of the «Berestechko Fruit Cannery».

According to Natalia Zakharchuk, the new types of birch sap comply with DSTU 8547: 2015 and are packaged in 3-liter jars. Therefore, the company already accepts orders from buyers for small and medium-sized wholesale batches.
